Not accepting new clients- Life was designed to be enjoyed and often times we find ourselves spinning our wheels in the sand and trying the same solutions without results. Amanda wants to help clients break their difficulties down and find solutions that work for them. Amanda has experience working in the community with mental health services since 2013. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and specializes in working through past trauma.

Amanda has adopted a non-judgmental and empowering method that engages her clients’ strengths. To cultivate a pathway for growth and healing, Amanda offers a compassionate and supportive environment. Her goal is to help enhance clients strengths, better equipping them to process past events, and grow to be the person they desire to be.
