Are you ready to break the ancestral legacy of heartbreak that's been running your life? Yoga of Relationship is my evidence-based approach to recovery. I help women heal from insecure attachment injury that lends itself to motherhood issues, complicated grief, loss, and relational trauma. You're ready to address your relationship dynamics with God, self, and others through meditative treatments. You're also a survivor who doesn't want to live in blame or denial about the complex trauma you've endured. You want to use biblical naturopathy and yoga therapy that supports your spirituality instead of pathologizing it.
This is where I come in. I'm here to help you address complex, relational, and familial trauma using the tools of complementary therapies in the third and fourth waves of behavioral therapy. Together, we can leverage transpersonal psychology, complementary therapies, and herbalism to support your nervous system.
