If you have found yourself wondering who you are, with no idea how you got here, you are not alone.
You are likely someone who has spent years taking care of everyone else, saying yes when you meant no, managing everyone's emotions while quietly losing track of your own. You understand your patterns. You may have even done significant work to understand them. And you are still stuck in the same places.

I am a licensed professional counselor with fifteen years of experience specializing in codependency, childhood relational trauma, carried shame, and self-abandonment.
I work with the whole person, not just the story. That means the body, the nervous system, and the early experiences that are still shaping how you show up today in relationships.
I work with those who are self-aware and exhausted by the distance between who they know they are and how they keep showing up, who want to feel the change, not just know it.
I also offer Still Valley, a small-group retreat in Destin, Florida for 3-5 women. It is four concentrated days of body-centered, clinically informed work, undisturbed by daily life and everyone else's needs. It is time and space to focus on you.
