Amanda's professional experience has focused on treating complex trauma, insecure attachment, relationship difficulties, and addictions, as well as anxiety, mood, and impulse-control disorders. Amanda also worked at a youth crisis shelter, provided counseling in public schools, and collaborated with court-ordered therapy programs at multiple agencies.
Amanda believes Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an amazing way to bring curiosity, clarity, and courage to even the most wounded parts of ourselves. Amanda has completed over 20 hours in IFS training and participated in over 300 hours of peer support, live practice sessions, trainings, interactive group activities, & community advocacy using the IFS model.
