I work best with people who are ready to make changes in their life. I enjoy helping adults and children work through the complexities of neurodivergence. Clients who work with me work to build compassion for themselves, or maybe even their children.
Because I have a wide range of clients- I use a wide range of modalities! For children, I use child-centered play therapy, AutPlay, and cognitive behavioral play therapy. For adults, I use neurodivergent-informed approaches that focus on building coping skills and self-compassion. And for all ages, I incorporate sandtray and expressive arts.

You might even feel utterly alone. What if we told you... you're not. This group aims to help women manage ADHD symptoms, foster self-compassion, and build community with similar women. With neurodivergent-informed CBT, DBT, and person-centered counseling, members can work towards wellness and self-compassion.
