Hi! My name is Amanda Bojorquez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I have vast experience working with children and adults in child welfare as well as community mental health. I enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating some of life's challenges and pride myself on creating a safe space to best support my clients. I believe in an individual's own self-determination, lifting people up, and improving self-esteem. My hope is not only for you to experience a positive change in your life, but to learn new skills and live life confidently. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and judgment-free.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related challenges. My experience is with adolescents, teens, and young adults who may be having difficulty in school, with peers, or at home. I also work with adults and couples experiencing various life transitions, from children moving away, to a change in employment, or a new phase of life.
