Although I welcome the opportunity to work with any person, I specialize in women’s issues, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, parenting and spirituality. I have experience working with adults of all ages. With over 21 years of experience working with and supporting children, adults and families, I bring a unique and engaging approach to therapy. My approach is a holistic one, and I incorporate several modalities of treatment in my work, including EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
