Hi! My name is Amanda and I passionately desire to be part of the journey of healing and growth to make a difference amidst brokenness and sadness. In a world where so many are hurting, I desire to help others walk from the hurting to wholeness and darkness into the light. I specialize in walking alongside adolescents and adults wrestling with anxiety, stress, depression, hopelessness, trauma, loss, life transitions, family boundaries/generational patterns, social issues, codependency, and grief.
My experience comes from eleven years of engaging with suffering and traumatized individuals in many different environments, including the Children, Youth, and Families (CYF) system, special needs clinics, community mental health, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals.
The grief and trauma of this world are one of the primary mission fields of the twenty-first century. Nobody should be isolated in their grief or trauma. It is a great privilege and honor to walk alongside you into your healing, transformation, and freedom. It is my desire that you will feel seen, known, and loved.
