I work with individuals at all stages of the recovery process and am passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with their body and mind. Through practice, I help individuals use creative forms of expression to improve self-esteem, body image, relationship with self, and more.
I believe in taking a client-centered approach to treatment to allow clients to feel empowered and supported, allowing clients to set goals and see positive changes in the way they think and behave. Whether through active communication or use of art therapy I believe change is possible.
