I’ll walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, make sense of the patterns that shape them, and find tools that support you in your daily life. I believe that no single intervention fits every client, which is why I tailor my approach to each individual who walks into my office. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in self-compassion. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you as you work toward healing, growth, and a deeper sense of self.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders drawing from multiple frameworks to support each client’s needs. I help clients build sustainable routines, better understand behaviors, and develop tools that support lasting change. I am also a trained EMDR therapy provider.
