Currently Accepting New Clients I work with adults of all ages, identities and cultural backgrounds for individual, couples, and adult family therapy. Each stage in life brings new challenges. I support clients who are struggling with general life stressors, adjusting to new life circumstances, struggling with mood and anxiety, dealing with traumatic experiences, problematic substance use, family conflict and relationships in general. I also provide guidance for self-exploration leading to personal growth. Therapy focuses on discovering how your past experiences contribute to where you are now, and helps you see your way forward.
My approach is relational, dynamic and integrative. I work to build a relationship of trust, respect, non-judgment, and sincere caring. I rely upon developmental principles to build an understanding of client issues, and address distressing symptoms and concerns using a variety of interventions for a more inclusive and personalized approach to therapy.
My approach to therapy fits with my belief that patients have the knowledge and ability to bring about their own healing. My role is to be an attentive guide who supports self-exploration, teaches techniques for managing distress, and encourages overall wellness as clients pursue meaningful change.
