I support my clients in exploring what their "healthiest best self" might look and feel like. We work together in visualizing this, and identify challenges that may hinder progress. We use different modalities to process attachment disruptions and traumas that may be causing distress. We work to reframe old narratives that are no longer serving the client, into more supportive affirming perspectives. These perspective shifts help clients become closer to their "healthiest best self." I love to work with clients who are motivated for change, able to be self reflective, and are willing to try new things to get new results.
I am strengths based-so I work with my clients to identify what resources they have already-and build on those.I aim to be a safe, kind and warm place for my clients to explore difficult parts of their journey. I have a great deal of training and experience working with trauma of all nature. Licensed since 2011/private practice since 2016. Certified in EMDR.
I hope to create a supportive and safe space for my clients to develop compassion for themselves, and to continue their ever-evolving personal growth journey.
