When working with adults, I focus on exploring past experiences to understand how they shape present thoughts and emotions. I also help clients identify unconscious patterns that may influence their emotional well-being, guiding them toward greater self-awareness, healing, and inner peace. When working with children, I aim to support emotional recognition and regulation, teach grounding strategies, and help them navigate common childhood transitions such as new family dynamics, school changes, peer conflicts, and academic stress.
I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Somatic Experiencing, the Gottman Method, and Bowen Family Systems Theory. My experience includes working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance and alcohol use, grief and loss, and ADHD.
