I am passionate about being one of those people. With 20 years of supporting others, I've developed specialized skills to help guide us to the best you.

Becoming a parent can feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience for each person, each pregnancy, each baby. By using dynamic therapy techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, and KAP, and a ton of perinatal knowledge, the people with whom I get to partner with will find true support that will lead them to feel better and to find themselves again.
