My goal as a therapist is to help others become the best version of themselves. I work with and support my clients to achieve mental and emotional well-being while discovering themselves. Too often, we shy away from help because we are ashamed, afraid, or don't understand the process. I believe everyone can benefit from time in therapy and become the author of their own story.
I have experience working with clients of all ages in chronic illness, trauma, depression, anxiety, abusive relationships, grief, religious trauma, healthy skills for relationships, and more. I am of Christian faith and am happy to bring this into treatment at the request of the client, but am also fully accepting of and skilled with non-religious clients.
My own life experiences combined with my fieldwork have given me a broad spectrum of experience. I can relate to clients from many walks of life, and believe that a little self-disclosure goes a long way. I'd love to help you reach your goals and become the best version of yourself.
