I specialize in supporting survivors of trauma—including sexual violence, intimate partner abuse, and generational trauma—within the context of culture, identity, and systemic stress. My practice welcomes survivors, LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals, BIPOC clients, and those navigating cultural or religious tension. Drawing on a number of evidence-based practices, I help clients reclaim power, balance light and shadow, and heal in ways authentic to them.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual trauma, and generational trauma through a multicultural and client-centered lens. My work is eclectic but often integrates expressive arts, and I hold certification in the Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI) as well as Level 1 training in Guided Imagery and Music.
