If you have a history of trauma, substance abuse or have been diagnosed with a mental illness I realize that living life can be difficult and daunting as well as effect your interpersonal relationships and your ability to function day to day. My goal as a therapist is to provide a non-judgmental safe space where my clients feel comfortable to express themselves and to provide the tools needed to navigate through difficult times and assist in managing and alleviating your symptoms. This is accomplished through Psychotherapy, Cognitive behavioral, Trauma Response, Grief work and Play Therapy.
I take a client-centered, strength based and trauma informed approach in therapy. I work with individuals of all ages that are in need of extra support when it comes to grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use and adjustment disorders.
