Hello There, Taking the first step toward therapy is a meaningful and courageous choice. I offer a holistic, person-centered approach that honors you as a whole..mind, body, and spirit. Together, we create a safe, supportive space tailored to your unique needs. I use practices grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. My goal is to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all backgrounds. I welcome clients of all faiths, those without faith, and those exploring spirituality.

I take an individualized, holistic approach with each client. While remaining person-centered, I incorporate evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and disordered eating.

In our first session, we’ll get to know one another and begin building a foundation for therapy. We’ll discuss what brings you here, your goals, and any questions or concerns. I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your story, but you set the pace. I’ll meet you where you are, taking one step at a time together.
