We all experience times of loss, stress, depression, and trauma that can be overwhelming, which at times causes us to question our faith. My goal is to assist you through your healing journey by utilizing Christ-based and empowerment therapy techniques which are utilized to strengthen your faith and provide you with the necessary tools needed to enhance your relationship with God, and emotional health.
I specialize in clinical mental health wellness with a focus on children and families from diverse populations and various demographics. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, I have diverse experience with many mental health concerns ranging from behavioral issues to anxiety.
