I am passionate about helping people in their healing, to progress with their goals, and to feel like their best selves. If you're ready to break cycles, improve relationships, have a better understanding of yourself, and work with someone who will support you on your journey, I am here.
I have a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in social work. I have worked with children, teens, and families for over 10 years. I have received training in CBT, DBT, an Anxiety Certification Course, ADHD Strategies , and more. I have completed the Gottman Level 1 certification and am pursuing the Level 2 training.
