I use a psychodynamic approach to help you understand your trauma and how it is showing up consciously or unconsciously in your day to day life. Psychodynamic therapy is considered long term because, healing takes time. It places an emphasis on building a therapeutic alliance, trust, and safety.

It can be incredibly difficult to open up about such complex events and emotions. It is important to me to create safety in our sessions and allow you to move at your own pace.
