My goal is for my clients to find purpose and meaning to every aspect of their lives.
My therapeutic style is a combination of strength-based, motivational interviewing, logotherapy, and mindfulness. I have specialized training in substance use disorders, domestic violence, and Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP). I have worked with women with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses.
The areas I specialize in are women’s wellness, family systems in a home with substance use, accepting feelings and thoughts related to adjustments in life, working on conflicts in inter/intrapersonal communications, mood regulation, and domestic violence. I believe that the client is the facilitator of change and benefits from supportive guidance.
