I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I am also an LGBTQ+ advocate and ally. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth through Pathway Healthcare. I work with clients aged 18 + with a focus on all life topics including education and career planning, significant mental health concerns, substance use, and work/life balance. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
