Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda and I have been in the field as a therapist since 2011. As a therapist it is my goal to give you the space, time, and support to overcome the struggles you may be facing. I work hard to help you find your own empowerment to work through the difficulties that life throws your way. I am gentle, yet direct when needed, in therapy. When it comes to working with families or children/adolescents, my goal is to teach the family how to communicate and work together more effectively.
