A safe, warm, non-judgmental place where you won't only be asked, "How does that make you feel?"
Anxiety, relationship issues, women’s issues including: perinatal mental health, millennial women in work/life balance, self-esteem and burnout. Fluent in both Armenian and English, supporting people through a multicultural lens is a component I bring in which is my aim to break cultural barriers and replace them with insight and self-awareness.
It has become my mission to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and direct approach to empower you to achieve your goals. Utilizing an array of modalities is important since there is no one size fits all approach in therapy. It can be overwhelming to know where to start, what to ask and what you need.
