I care deeply about the impacts of your racial, gender, and sexual identities. I have specialized training in Psychodynamic Therapy and I am a Certified Sex Therapist.

I use psychodynamic theory and techniques in my practice. This type of therapy makes use of the belief that we all have an "unconscious," or that there is much that we think and feel that we do not know in our conscious awareness. The more we can understand what is currently unknown, the more agency we have in our lives. It takes great courage to try to know oneself.
