As an EMDR-trained therapist, I work with diverse clients navigating the mental health impacts of trauma, maternal health experiences, family-of-origin and relationship challenges, illness, identity-related stressors, and grief or loss. Together, we explore how life experiences and family dynamics shape self-image, coping strategies, and relational patterns. While my approach is naturally solution-focused, multicultural, and client-centered, I draw from evidence-based frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients.
