| español Many of us did not grow up knowing that it was important - and okay - to take care of our mental health. We heard talking about going to the doctor when you are sick, but nothing about seeking counseling - therapy - when our thoughts, feelings, or behaviors aren't well. But seeing a therapist is just as important and normal as visiting your doctor. Our minds and bodies are one, endlessly affecting one another both positively and negatively. If we are unwell physically, then our mental health can suffer AND vise versa.
Established in 2017, our group has a shared vision and passion to provide the best care to all of our clients. Combined we have more than 40 years of experience in providing an array of mental health services to people of all colors, ages, and places on the gender spectrum. We hope our space will offer acceptance, understanding, and peace.
We are a group of Latinx therapists with the mission to reach our underserved community. We hope to minimize the disparities in availability & access to quality mental health services among underserved populations. We want to enhance awareness & destigmatize mental health problems & services for people with mental illness, their caregivers, and loved ones.
