As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. my approach is patient-centered care with a focus on helping clients draw on their strengths and life experiences to make desired changes in their lives. Under the right condition, daily challenges stress and strain our coping skills triggering emotional responses . These challenges impact our personal and professional lives leaving us with opportunities to open new doors and grow resilience and emotional fortitude. As a Clinical Social Worker, I explore with you your goals for treatment and the best intervention for desired outcomes. I use evidence-based treatment to help clients reach their desired outcomes using Talk Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Task-Oriented, Strength-Based, Behavioral-Focused, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy or combination in an eclectic approach.
