I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist with expertise in the assessment and diagnosis of cognitive changes from a variety of neurologic disorders including traumatic brain injury (TBI), Stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, FTD, Multiple Sclerosis, and Epilepsy. Prior to moving back to Ohio and establishing an independent practice, I was the Director of Neuropsychology at the Yale School of Medicine Comprehensive Epilepsy Program. I have conducted several independent medical evaluations (IMEs) and have testified as an expert witness in multiple TBI cases. I consult for multiple neurorehabilitation facilities throughout Ohio.

My focus as a Toledo mental health therapist is helping people face challenges head-on. I work with families who have a loved one experiencing dementia, professionals confronted with difficult career or ethical decisions, and clients struggling with PTSD. Other areas of interest include working with artists (musicians, visual artists, writers), helping family members repair damaged relationships, and guiding young adults struggling to find their way. I am experienced in working with individuals and families across the span of life, from high-risk pre-mature infants and their families to centenarian (100+ years old) hospice patients. This experience includes providing counseling, support and prevention services to individuals, families and groups coping with aging, anxiety, adjustment issues, dementia, depression, developmental delays and disabilities, DOT and drug free workplace violations, chronic and terminal illness, cognitive, mood, personality, psychotic, and substance use disorders, as well as death and dying and grief and loss.

My clientele spans across a wide age group with a diverse set of needs. Some individuals seek assistance with acute stressful situations, others with life transitions, and still others with ongoing mental health issues. Without exception, every individual is treated with dignity and offered the highest level of treatment available. Being in a small city sometimes requires collaboration with other providers such as primary care physicians or clinics for medication management, school districts for continuity of care, or nursing homes for consultation. My office has successfully maintained these type relationships for 25 years.

My current practice includes a focus on mental health needs for adults and young adults. I have past experience working in a nursing home setting so I am well versed in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care and Behaviors as well as family and caregiver needs for that population.

I am a neuropsychologist who specializes in Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease, Concussion/Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Memory Loss Assessments. I also have expertise with working with individuals injured at work or in auto accidents.

Kathleen Hobson Davis (she/her) is a licensed independent social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and the adults who love them. She has enjoyed providing individual, group and family counseling in a variety of settings, including outpatient community mental health, transitional housing, partial hospitalization, pre-K through 12th grade regular and special education programs, and online caregiver support groups.

I work with children, adults, and elderly in a small comfortable setting, treating behavior problems, depression, anxiety, and helping families plan for end of life issues. My hours are flexible to accommodate work and school schedules. I start appointments as early as 8:30AM, have evening appointments, and am willing to do telephone counseling.

Joshua Magleby, PhD is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist who focuses on the treatment of neuropsychological and psychological disorders for all age ranges. He is primarily interested in child and adolescent psychological and neuropsychological disorders, including ADHD, learning disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury, disruptive behaviors, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep problems. Dr. Magleby holds a doctorate degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Utah. He completed a two-year residency in Clinical Neuropsychology at The Cleveland Clinic, where he specialized in Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychology.

Dr. Jessica Headley (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor- supervisor and certified specialist in perinatal mental health with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty interests include: girls’ and women’s issues, gender issues, career development, gerontology, and integrating creativity and positive psychology into counseling practice. She utilizes treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.
