I specialize in working with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression. They may be having health problems, causing anxiety and depressed feelings. In addition, many of my patients are experiencing chronic pain, and I have helped them cope with reductions in pain levels. I am now offering ADHD Evaluations for adolescents and adults. I offer In-Person (through December) and Virtual telehealth sessions. I provide testing in my office in Millerton, NY, or online. Biofeedback treatments will also be available.

Cognitive assessment is the behavioral measurement of brain function. The evaluation consists of medical record review, clinical interview, and paper and pencil testing such as drawing pictures or solving puzzles. The neuropsychologist will compare your scores to healthy people of the same demographics and create a picture of how your brain is functioning.

Dr. Needham exclusively provides psychological and neuropsychological assessment from a neurodiversity affirming approach. She specializes in assessing for Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences in adults.
