I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field. My specialty is Art Therapy, which uses the creative process to aid in self-expression. This is used in combined with other types of therapy. I will decode your art to see any emotional undertones. No artistic talent is needed to have a successful session. It may be easier to say your feelings through colors, lines, and shapes rather than words.
Right now I'm doing telehealth sessions. If you want the art therapy aspect, let me know what materials you have to work with so I can provide you with appropriate directives. At this time, I do not take insurance. Private pay only.
