Announcement icon My practice is fully virtual.
I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, challenging life transitions, or new roles (e.g., caregiving, parenthood, breakups, juggling family and professional life). I often work with family caregivers of loved ones with dementia or chronic illness. I also have expertise working with high-achieving individuals in demanding fields (e..g, physicians, attorneys) who are facing burnout and barriers to growth.
I completed my APA-accredited doctoral training at the SDSU/University of California, San Diego Joint Doctoral Program and my clinical internship at UCLA. I also hold degrees from Stanford University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. I have training in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, EFT) for a wide range of problems.
My approach is to develop a plan that is most effective for your particular needs and is realistic for your lifestyle. My practice is currently fully virtual using a HIPAA-compliant platform and limited to early morning, evening, and weekend sessions.
