Being a parent is many things: overwhelming, exhausting, joyful, fulfilling, and HARD. It's easy to look around and feel like other parents are somehow filling the role with ease, while you’re struggling to keep up. That can feel incredibly isolating, especially when you’re anxious, resentful, depressed, or simply stretched too thin. I’m passionate about working with parents because I’m one, too. And I know, through my training in perinatal mental health and my experience as a mom, that things can feel different with support and care.
I specialize in working with parents of all genders and sexual orientations as they navigate the changes and challenges that come with parenthood. From anxiety, depression, to questions of identity, therapy is a space to unload, get support, and know yourself better.
I’m certified in perinatal mental health and work with a range of issues: infertility and miscarriage, grief and loss, role transitions, postpartum anxiety and depression, managing ADHD in parenthood, and postpartum depression and anxiety.
