I work with clients from a trauma-informed lens, giving them a safe space to connect between past trauma and behaviors they are currently experiencing. I use an eclectic mix of modalities depending on my client’s needs. Concepts of acceptance, surrender, self-awareness, and empowerment are incorporated into my sessions. I work with humans of all identities including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, BDSM and poly identities, as well as folx struggling with substance abuse or behavioral/process addictions.
As a holder of some marginalized identities and an ally to others, I make a point of understanding my privilege and how I can use it to continue to advocate for the rights of marginalized communities. I believe in Sex positivity, Health at every size, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as Harm-reduction or Abstinence.
Something that brings me a lot of happiness is being a supportive, trusted person that people can turn to. I offer in-person and on-line individual therapy for adults and older teens. I also offer Ketamine assisted therapy for many diagnoses and symptoms.
