Do you find yourself struggling with feeling not good enough? Are you done with intrusive anxiety or debilitating depression? Are you aiming to break generational trauma cycles or heal from damage done during childhood? Maybe you are in the middle of something life altering or unexpected. You are not alone! I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, infertility, grief, and complex PTSD. I work with clients to explore their past and present adversities as well as their thinking patterns and their emotional responses. Healing is a journey that is well worth the effort!
I am trained in EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) along with CBT and DBT. I utilize an eclectic mix of my training to create unique treatment plans tailored to each individual client's needs. Together these therapies support healing while building resilience, self-compassion, empowerment and healthy relationships.
I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and safe space for clients to explore their experiences. My goal is to support individuals in gaining valuable insights, building resilience, and healing which starts with a strong therapeutic relationship.  I am committed to empowering clients to embrace their journey toward healing and growth.
