My ideal client is a child or teen who is having a particularly difficult time with the ups and downs of childhood/adolescence. That may look like depression, anxiety, peer issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, emotional outbursts, or difficulty adjusting to a life change.

I create a space where kids/teens are able to share what is going on. I also help parents meet them where they are while maintaining confidentiality. I am adept at meeting the individual needs of clients. Maybe they asked to come to a counselor or maybe the parent or school has decided it is a necessary intervention. I hope I can help!

If you have any questions about how I can help your child, please reach out! Parenting is so difficult and so is growing up. It takes a village! I have immediate availability. I can typically get a new client in within two weeks and often sooner.
