I am passionate about seeing lives and relationships restored. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and couples in community, private practice, and psychiatric hospital settings. Areas of special clinical interest include trauma, relationship issues, self-worth, anxiety, depression, life transitions, couple/family conflict, substance abuse (including family members impacted by addiction), and grief/loss.
Through a collaborative process, integrating cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, attachment-based, and trauma interventions, my clients and I work to find insight and develop skills that lead to healing.
