These individuals may be looking to work through their feelings of pressure, familial obligations, guilt, and piety while also navigating different cultures and identities. I offer individual and couples therapy and use methods of CBT, mindfulness, EFT, and psychodynamic theory in order to understand the person as a whole while supplying them with skills to work on their symptoms.
