I want to break the mental health stigma by creating a safe and comfortable space to talk about your life experiences through providing authenticity, compassion, acceptance and humor! Getting a better understanding of your story and life experiences will help identify what may be keeping you from moving forward and will allow us to work together to get you on the path to living the life you want.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and elder adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal issues, substance use and more. I use an integrated-approach to help build a strong therapeutic relationship along with using evidence-based treatments (EMDR, DBT, and CBT) to meet each client's unique needs.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental and safe space for you to share your experiences and work collaboratively to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
