Are you or your partner feeling unheard, disconnected, or stuck in your relationship? Are life’s challenges and stresses leaving you feeling overwhelmed and lost? Are you or a loved one needing support in your or their identity? As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to provide guidance to couples, families, and individuals, as they experience challenging times that may impact their mental health and relationships. I seek to create a collaborative space that allows clients to grow in numerous aspects of their life and relationships.
I believe that trust, transparency, safety, open-mindedness, and compassion are crucial to the therapeutic process and relationship. I utilize a multitude of therapeutic approaches and have been trained in discernment counseling, Gottman methods, trauma-informed care, and non-directive play therapy.
I have also received additional training to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking letters for gender affirming care. I offer both in-person and tele-health options. I currently offer morning, afternoon, and evening times for both service options.
