I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, life changes, and big emotions. I also enjoy working with adults who struggle with intense emotions, relationship challenges, fear of abandonment, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood while also learning practical skills to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
I use DBT, CBT, and ACT to help clients understand their emotions, manage stress, improve relationships, and build coping skills that actually fit their everyday lives. With children, I incorporate play, creativity, and hands-on activities because I know kids often express themselves differently than adults.
