I specialize in OCD and anxiety-related disorders, particularly specific phobias, and utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as a primary treatment approach, with EMDR when appropriate.
I have worked with emetophobia, agoraphobia, and OCD presentations including scrupulosity, health anxiety/OCD, HOCD, harm-related obsessions, and compulsive repeating behaviors. While I have not worked with every subtype of OCD or every specific phobia, the underlying processes across these conditions are very similar, and I would be excited to support your specific presentation.
I take a compassionate but direct and accountable approach to treatment, encouraging clients to be honest and transparent while supporting them without judgment. I utilize evidence-based modalities including ERP, EMDR, and ACT.
