I’m grounded in a size-inclusive philosophy with evidence-based interventions including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for post-traumatic stress.
