I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 2 years of experience supporting individuals managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and autism spectrum disorder in individual and group settings, as well as 8 years in the behavioral health field. I also have experience working with families seeking psychoeducation and support while navigating a family member's ASD diagnosis. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University.
I utilize integrated and inclusive approaches, leaning into DBT, strengths-based, and solution-oriented strategies while also leaving room for what aligns most with the client's needs. I leave room for creativity and allow space for the client to process in a way that feels safe to them.
