About
Life is already challenging. When things like depression or anxiety arise, it can become downright unbearable. Alyssa understands the tremendous pressure that work, housekeeping, relationships, and simply being a human being in this world can carry. If you are an adult, and you, your partner, your family are looking for a safe environment to exist, learn, and interact, I would love to help you create that! Before treatment, many times the goal is to survive; I want to help you build the skills that will allow you to thrive. Because one thing is certain – life can feel worth living even when things start to run off course.
Since graduating from the University of Michigan, I have provided individual and group therapy services to adult males in the prison system. I have experience teaching Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral skills to help manage depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.
Sometimes we know something doesn’t feel right, but we don’t know where to start. I can help you figure that out. Maybe you know exactly what you need; I would love to help you navigate how to get that. Reach out for your appointment, today, to get started!
