I am a licensed therapist practicing in Minnesota. I have experience helping others through stress, anxiety, relationship conflict, depression, and trauma. I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, cherishing the process of building strong personal connections and fostering a comfortable, humorous, and safe therapeutic relationship. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and inevitable day-to-day stressors.
