I serve those who are survivors of traumatic experiences that are motivated to change their lives and take back their power. Along with trauma survivors, I serve individuals struggling with loneliness who want to flourish in the community around them. My mission is to help you fight through whatever is holding you back; together we can uncover and conquer your challenges to help you become more whole, healthy, and happy.
I have extensive experience helping survivors of trauma process their past and challenge their negative thoughts. I help a diverse population of adults overcome issues such as loneliness, domestic violence, sexual assault, depression, & anxiety. I will listen and help you to improve your social acuity & empower yourself to move towards a brighter future.
You can live your life joyfully, and I am here to help. If you're ready to work towards a you that is whole, happy, and healthy, I will be here for you.
