About
Perhaps you have a tumultuous relationship with food and your body that leads to extreme distress. Maybe your mind is so caught up in thinking about the past or frequently worrying about the future that you are missing out on living life in the moment. You may be experiencing intense, painful and uncomfortable emotions that are very much interfering with the quality of your life. If you can relate to any this, I would like you to know that you are not alone and that with proper care and support your life can get better.
I specialize in treating individuals who have eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. Additionally, I treat people who are living with anxiety and depression. My passion is helping people find peace, balance and enjoyment in their lives. I provide evidenced based treatments while keeping in mind the individual needs of everyone I work with.
If you choose to work with me, I promise to provide you with comprehensive, collaborative and compassionate care. I am happy to speak with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I very much look forward to hearing from you.
