I combine equine-assisted therapy and traditional talk therapy, creating a unique and powerful path to healing. Specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, I tailor sessions using trauma-informed care and mindfulness. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you build confidence, emotional strength, and lasting change. In addition to Brainspotting, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), I offer equine-assisted psychotherapy, where horses act as compassionate partners in your healing journey. This hands-on, experiential approach fosters self-awareness, resilience, and growth, all within a supportive and nurturing space.
I recognize that everyone’s needs are unique, which is why we offer flexible therapy options beyond traditional in-office settings.
